1. Overview
At Profero Shop, we want you to love your skincare routine. This policy outlines your rights for returns and refunds in accordance with the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2008. By purchasing from proferoshop.com or our social media channels, you agree to these terms.
2. Return Eligibility
  • 2.1 Standard 14-Day Window: You may return most products within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • 2.2 Conditions for Return:
    • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
    • The safety seal (especially on items like Beesline serums or Alflorex bottles) must be intact.
    • The original receipt or digital order confirmation must be provided.
  • 2.3 Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged (e.g., a broken pump or leaked oil), you have 30 days to request a return or replacement at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations in Jordan, the following are not eligible for return once opened:
  • Cosmetics & Skincare: Any creams, serums, or sunscreens where the seal is broken.
  • Health Supplements: Alflorex capsules or vitamins once the bottle is opened.
  • Personal Care: Fragrance-free soaps or deodorants from the Hajj & Umrah kits if the individual packaging is compromised.
  • Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Since many of our customers order via social media, we’ve simplified the process:

  2. Photos: If the item is damaged, please send clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Pickup: We will schedule a courier to pick up the item from your address in Amman or other governorates.
5.Refined Refund Policy (Zain Cash, Orange Money, & CliQ Available)
Upon approval of your return, refunds will be issued using the following methods:
  • Electronic Wallets: We can issue instant refunds directly to your Zain Cash or Orange Money account.
  • CliQ: Refunded within 1–3 business days via Jordan’s instant payment system.
  • Bank Transfer: Available for larger amounts, processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Note: We do not offer an internal "Store Wallet" or account credit. All refunds are sent back to your personal payment accounts or provided in cash where applicable.
