social media channels. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a
legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you")
and Profero Shop ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an e-commerce entity operating under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

accessing our Platform, placing an order via our website or social
media (Direct Message), or registering an account, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our
Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by:

- The Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2008
- The Civil Code of Jordan
2. Definitions
- "Platform": Refers to proferoshop.com, our Instagram (@proferoshop), and Facebook (@ProferoShop) pages.
- "Product": Refers to skincare, health supplements (e.g., Alflorex), tanning oils, and personal care kits (e.g., Hajj & Umrah kits).
- "JOD": Jordanian Dinar, the currency for all transactions.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To
use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age (or 16 with
parental consent) and reside within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. You
are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (Phone
number and address) to ensure successful fulfillment.
4. Products, Pricing, and Availability
- 4.1 Product Authenticity:
We specialize in brands like Beesline, Sorento SPF, and Cabana Sun. We
guarantee the authenticity of our health and cosmetic products.
- 4.2 Pricing:
All prices are in JOD. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the
right to cancel orders resulting from technical pricing errors.
- 4.3 Stock: Products like the Hajj & Umrah kits may be seasonal. Availability is subject to change without notice.
5. Orders and Payment
- 5.1 Order Placement: Orders are finalized once confirmed via our website or via a representative on our social media channels.
- 5.2 Accepted Payment Methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Our primary method for local deliveries.
- CliQ / E-Wallets: We accept instant payments via CliQ, Zain Cash, or Orange Money (details provided upon checkout).
- 5.3 Confirmation: A contract is formed once your order is dispatched for delivery.
6. Delivery, Shipping, and Risk of Loss
- 6.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver to all governorates in Jordan.
- 6.2 Timeframes & Fees:
- Amman & Surrounding Areas: Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours.
- Free Delivery: Orders exceeding 10 JD qualify for free delivery. Orders below this threshold are subject to a standard delivery fee (calculated at checkout).
- 6.3 Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon receipt and payment to the delivery agent.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
In compliance with the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law:
- 7.1 Return Window: Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- 7.2 Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and health products, we cannot accept returns for items where the safety seal has been broken.
- 7.3 Non-Returnable Items:
Opened cosmetics, used Hajj & Umrah kit components, and health
supplements (Alflorex) once the bottle/blister pack is opened.
- 7.4 Refund Method:
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via E-wallet or bank transfer
minus the delivery fee, unless the return is due to a faulty product.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We
value your privacy. Your contact details (Name, Phone, Address) are
used strictly for order fulfillment and occasional promotional updates
from Profero Shop. We do not share your data with third parties except
for our trusted logistics partners.
